During this period, the company officially changed its name to Qingdao Yixiang Machinery Co., Ltd.
However, around 2015, starting from the industrial development environment and its own development needs, Yixiang once again made strategic adjustments to the company's business sector, focusing on carding equipment with high versatility, including the wool spinning field and spinning field of cashmere carding.
"In the development process of Yixiang, proofing equipment is actually a product series with very prominent advantages." According to Zhang Jianyong, around 2018, some spinning companies were a little confused about the market trend, so they invested in the construction of small experimental factories for new product development. "The micro proofing equipment we launched has well grasped this part of the market, including Zhejiang Modern Textile Technology Innovation Center, Shanghai 17 Cotton (Dafeng), Yinshilai, Shandong Lianrun, Nantong Shuanghong and many other textile enterprises are using, and even built a model factory for Nantong Teiren, which can be said to have swept the entire market at that time." Not only that, Yixiang's proofing equipment has also opened up a good market in the teaching application of colleges and universities in the industry, including Tiangong University, Wuhan Textile University, Jiangnan University, Qingdao University and other industries.

In Zhang Jianyong's view, Yixiang Machinery has its own foundation and advantages in special fiber carding, which is why he strongly promotes the expansion of this business.
"Compared with other enterprises, we have many years of experience in the field of various fiber carding, such as wool, cashmere, cotton, linen, etc., and can quickly respond to the customer needs of different fiber carding. Zhang Jianyong said.
It is understood that around the research of special fiber carding technology, Yixiang has made a lot of attempts and explorations, through in-depth market segmentation, understanding the production process, and product development. "Take bamboo fiber products as an example, we have cooperated with Sichuan Zhuqianqian Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and several related enterprises in Guangdong to develop carding technology suitable for bamboo raw fibers." According to Zhang Jianyong, they have invested nearly two years in this product field, and finally realized the successful expansion and application of bamboo fiber in the field of non-woven and home textiles.
Similarly, in the field of hemp fiber, Yixiang has also been actively deployed and has achieved very good results.
"Due to the limited import of flax fiber, domestic enterprises have increased the application and development of domestic hemp fiber. When we saw this trend, we quickly set up a project, starting with domestic ramie, jute and other raw materials, and participated in the whole process of spinning. "This not only promotes the development of the local hemp fiber industry, but also provides more opportunities for us to deepen our cultivation in the field of specialty fibers." Zhang Jianyong said.
He also said frankly that the exploration of special fiber product technology is a long road, and enterprises will inevitably face many challenges in this process. "R&D requires a lot of manpower, material resources and time, and the corresponding market demand also has great uncertainty and technical bottlenecks, and for small and medium-sized enterprises, the risk is still very large."
