Problems that may arise with touch detection devices and how to deal with them are:


(1) The surface of the touch screen is dirty, resulting in insensitive response to touch. The surface of the touch screen should be cleaned in a timely manner.


(2) The location information is drifting. The touchscreen can be recalibrated using the "Correct Center Point" function.


(3) Electrostatic influence. Static electricity should be eliminated in time.


(4) Touch glass aging. Replaceable.


The possible problems and solutions of the touch screen controller are:


(1) Poor contact of signal transmission lines and burning of communication ports. Lines should be inspected and repaired.


(2) Circuit board failure. It should be repaired and replaced.


(3) The address of the touch screen system is incorrect. Reset.

Answer: If the individual spindle of the spinning frame is roving, it is first necessary to distinguish whether the spindle of the roving is fixed or not fixed.

If the fixed spindle is roving, there may be problems such as low cradle pressure, improper position of the roller or upper pin, wrong use of spacer block or improper installation position; If it is not a fixed spindle roving, there are two possibilities, one is that your process parameter configuration is in the position of the critical process, and the other is that the roving sliver is not dry well and there are details. It can be improved by optimizing the process and adjusting the roving elongation.


Under normal circumstances, the small interval of the rear roller, the small pressurization of the cradle, and the small partition block may cause roving. If you spin pure cotton, the roving twist coefficient of 110 is okay.


199. 40 varieties of cotton, individual spindle aggregator flowers, what to do?


Answer: It is recommended to start from the following aspects:


(1) The floating area is small, and the cotton linters are easy to gather, so the floating area is larger.


(2) If there is static electricity, get some talcum powder and sprinkle it to make the floating area a little bigger.


(3) Whether the appearance of individual spindles is related to the state of the roller, the poor treatment of individual rollers, and the uneven coating.


(4) The position of the upper pin is skewed left and right, or the position of the aggregator is not correct, resulting in a small separation between the floating area.


(5) The floating area is small, and the aggregator is in contact with the epithelial ring after the aggregator is installed.


(6) The floating area is small, if there is a front pressure bar, there may be skewed or unclean problems.


(7) Check the status of the leather ring roller.


(8) Focus on drafting cleaning.
